INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: IF UT-HEALTH SCIENCES IS CLOSED FOR WINTER WEATHER, MA LIGHTMAN CLUB WILL ALSO BE CLOSED.
Since we are in the middle of flu season, I urge all of us to take extra precaution to ensure that the flu virus is not spread at the club. If you have symptoms such as fever, coughing, sneezing, etc., please stay home and get well. Please do not come to the club and run the risk of infecting other members. Washing your hands after bathroom use is a good precaution and will decrease the spread of germs. Bridge is a marvelous game, and the people at MA Lightman are some of the nicest people I have had the privilege to be around. Please be considerate of others. — Bill Demetriou, MALBC manager
